Assisted Stability Drills
Core stability exercises to reduce the risk of trips and falls.
Instructions

Stand near a wall for safety.

Lift one foot slightly off the ground.
- 3
Try to maintain balance for 10 seconds.
- 4
Switch feet and repeat.
- 5
Try walking heel-to-toe in a straight line while touching the wall.
