Passive Bed Exercises
Gentle assisted or self-movements for those with very limited mobility.
Instructions

Lying on your back, slowly point and flex your toes.

Gently bend one knee and slide your heel towards your hip.
- 3
Rotate your wrists in small circles.
- 4
Slowly turn your head from side to side on the pillow.
- 5
Perform for 5-10 minutes twice daily.
