Instructions

Toss a soft ball from one hand to the other.

Tap your right hand to your left knee, then left hand to right knee.

Perform finger-to-nose touches alternating hands.
- 4
Trace patterns in the air with your feet.
- 5
Repeat each drill for 1 minute.
