Morning Mobility Stretches
A gentle series of stretches to wake up the spine and joints.
Instructions

Sit upright and take three deep breaths.

Gently reach your arms towards the ceiling.
- 3
Slowly tilt your torso to the right, then to the left.
- 4
Roll your shoulders back 10 times.
- 5
Circle your ankles while seated.
