Instructions

Sit tall in your chair with brakes on.

Perform straight punches (jabs) in front of you.

Incorporate 'uppercuts' and 'hooks' at shoulder height.

Keep your core engaged throughout.

Work in intervals: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest.
